COMMISSIONING A PORTRAIT.

I kindly ask for good quality, clear photographs, digital preferred but, I have previously, and happy to continue to work with hard copies if necessary.

My style is photo realism and extremely detailed portraits, I'm happy to and have worked with poorer quality images if absolutely necessary, but please be aware that I won't be able to create highly detailed portraits from unclear photos, the photos have to be clear with good detail.

Where possible, I like to offer my services to take my own photographs, photo shoots are included if you live within a 15 mile radius of Ellesmere port (CH65 8AU ) or if you are outside of this area I'm very happy to come and take photos. However, there is a charge for travel expenses plus a day rate of £120, if travel time is more than 2 hours one way. This can be payable on the day or added to the overall cost of the portrait.

I usually take as many photos as deemed necessary, and then we work together to pick the best photo for your portrait. You are welcome to a copy of the digital files if you provide me with a shared folder or similar.

Prices are based on head and shoulders only, the prices are based on paper size, your portrait will be a good size within the paper area.

My coloured pencil portraits sizes start from 9" X 12" or A4

Additional animal portraits are possible, but they start from 12" X 17" or A3 and each additional animal portrait costs between 30-40% of the original price depending on the size and work involved.

Larger portraits such as A2, A1, A0, prices are available upon request, requests for more than 3 subjects prices are to be agreed.

 I can guarantee a next day delivery within the UK, and I will confirm any other destinations outside of Europe at the consultancy stage. I can also offer door to door service on deliveries, depending on location.
